Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aferium (the “Service”), operated by [TO BE COMPLETED: legal name of the operating entity], [TO BE COMPLETED: registered address].

What the Service is

A Aferium report summarises publicly available information about an Instagram creator’s past Reels and shows what a price you enter implies per 1,000 views. It is a statistical summary of past, public data. It is not a prediction, an assessment of the creator, or advice about whether to enter into any agreement. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.

What you provide

You confirm that the deal details you enter are yours to use, and that you will use the report only to evaluate a commercial collaboration you are considering. You will not use the Service to harass, publicly disparage or profile any person.

Payment

A full report costs €19 for a quote worth under €1,000, €39 for a quote worth €1,000 to €5,000, and €79 for a quote worth over €5,000, VAT included, charged once, through our payment processor. On the Portuguese (Brazil) site the report costs R$ 99, R$ 199 or R$ 399 for a quote worth under R$ 5,000, R$ 5,000 to R$ 25,000, or over R$ 25,000. A quote in another currency is valued in the price’s currency at the European Central Bank’s reference rates on the day you submit it, and the price shown before you pay is the price you pay. The free check tells you before you pay whether there is enough public history to produce a report; if there is not, you are not charged. Access to reports

Each report is reached through a private link. Anyone holding the link can open the report, so share it only deliberately. We may disable a link that is misused.

Accuracy and availability

We collect public data through third-party providers. Counts can be incomplete, delayed or later changed by the platform, and we state in each report what was collected, when, and what was left out. The Service is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law.
